Harmony Capital Service has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 28, 2015 has approved that the Register Office will be shifted from state of Rajasthan to state of Maharashtra, An Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be call on Jan 27, 2016 for passing the special resolution for shifting registered Office, Asutosh Raulo, Managing Director has been authorized by the Board Meeting to sign the documents, and Engagement of Authorized Signatory to represent the Company before Regional Director.
