Granules India informs about closure of trading window

Granules India has informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Granules India - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of Granules India will remain closed from December 31, 2015 to January 30, 2016 in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on January 28, 2016 as aforesaid.
