Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has informed that the date of next Board Meeting of the Company which is scheduled on January 22, 2016, to consider and approve unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 amongst other routine matters. In view of the above, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its Designated Persons will remain close from January 01, 2016 to January 24, 2016.
