Digjam informs about updates on scheme of amalgamation

With reference to the earlier letter dated December 18, 2015 in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation between Digjam and Digjam Textiles (the companies) and their respective creditors and shareholders. Digjam has informed that as directed by the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat vide their Order dated December 18, 2015, the enclosed newspaper notice is being published in the Newspapers.
