PI Industries informs about board meeting

PI Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, to consider the unaudited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 (Q3). Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from December 29, 2015 to February 14, 2016. The Trading window shall re-open on February 15, 2016.
