AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 43,805 equity shares of Rs 2 each on December 28, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs  475,77,41,920 (237,88,70,960 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 475,78,29,530 (237,89,14,765 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
