Clearwater Capital sells 4.39% stake in Oricon Enterprises

Clearwater Capital Partner has reduced its stake in Oricon Enterprises by 4.39 per cent, selling 69.02 lakh shares in the open market. The sale of shares was done between March 2 and December 23 this year. Post sell-off, Clearwater Capital Partners has 0.94 per cent stake in the company.

Oricon Enterprises is engaged in the business of manufacturing petrochemical products and developing real estate.
