DCM informs about closure of trading window

DCM has informed that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2016 up to 48 hours after public announcement of the unaudited financial result for the nine months and third quarter ending December 31, 2015. The date of announcement of the unaudited financial Results for nine months and third quarter ending December 31, 2015 shall be announced in due course.
