ITC informs about closure of trading window

ITC has informed that the Trading Window for purchase / sale / dealing in the shares of the Company in any manner (other than for exercise of Stock Options under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes) will be closed from January 01, 2016 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives) under the ITC Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2015. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ending on December 31, 2015.
