Nestle India has informed that the audited financial results of the Company for the year ending December 31, 2015 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on February 12, 2016. In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2016 to February 14, 2016.
