Ravi Kumar Distilleries has informed that the State Bank of India has issued an E-Auction Sale Notice for sale of the charged properties relating to the cash credit facility availed by the Company, on January 27, 2016 under SARFAESI Act, 2002. All efforts are being made to expeditiously resolve the matter and the management of the Company shall keep all stakeholders updated on any further developments.
