UCO Bank informs about change in composition of board of directors

UCO Bank has informed that in exercise of the powers conferred by of clause (b) of sub-section (3) of Section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980, read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, the Central Government nominated Sindhu Pillai, Deputy Secretary, Department of Financial Services, as Director of the Bank in place of V.L.V.S.S. Subba Rao with effect from December 30, 2015 as per the Government of India Notification dated December 30, 2015.
