GTV Engineering has informed that pursuant to Company’s code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window will remain closed for Directors/Employees/Designated persons from January 01 2016 up to 48 hours in connection with the Board meeting scheduled for Change in Company Secretary & Compliance officer (KMP).
