Physical Rubber prices showed improvement on Thursday

Physical Rubber prices made some improvement on Thursday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety improved to 103/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 102.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety jumped to 100.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 100/kg.

In the futures market, contract of January delivery inched up to Rs 103.99 compared to its previous closing of Rs 103.91, while February delivery closed at Rs 105.80 compared to its previous close of Rs 105.70 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
