Conart Engineers has informed that for the purpose of declaring the unaudited financial results for the 3rd Quarter ended on December 31, 2015, the Company’s trading window will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company under its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading from January 01, 2016 to February 02, 2016. Dealing and/or involving in the purchase or sale of the Company shares by the KMP(s)/ Officer(s)/ connected person(s) / designated employees of the Company including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited under the code.
