Mro-Tek informs about company updates

Mro-Tek has informed that the Shareholders had approved the proposal of Development of the Properties of the Company by way of Special Resolution passed through Postal Ballot vide notice dated November 10, 2015 and the Scrutinizer Report is also submitted vide letter dated December 22, 2015. In continuation to the above, the Company had invited proposals with specifications from reputed Developers and after careful evaluation of the proposals so received from different Developers, the Company entered in to Development Agreement with Messrs Umiya Builders and Developers. The Company will now move ahead with the terms and conditions as stipulated therein.
