Synergy Bizcon informs about business updates

Synergy Bizcon has informed that the Company had made an application for listing of 1,23,25,000 equity shares on trading platform of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). In this regards, our Company does not meet the following eligibility criteria prescribed by the Exchange: The Company has to pay dividend in at least two out of the last three financial years immediately preceding the year in which listing application has been made or Company has distributable profits in at least two of the last three financial years or the net worth of the Company is to be at least Rs 50 crores. Therefore, the application for listing of equity shares of our company is not being considered by the NSE.
