AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 35,045 equity shares of Rs 2 each on January 04, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 475,78,29,530 (237,89,14,765 equity shares of Rs 2 each] to Rs 475,78,99,620 (237,89,49,810 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
