SRS concludes acquisition of entire share capital of SRS Entertainment

SRS has completed the acquisition process of entire paid share capital of ‘SRS Entertainment’, a group company comprising of 1,33,65,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par on January 02, 2016. Now, SRS Entertainment has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

SRS is a diversified company with a business portfolio comprising of cinema exhibition, food and beverages, retail and manufacturing and retailing of jewellery. It sells a wide range of gold and diamond jewellery under the brand name of SRS Jewells.
