JSW Steel has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2016, to consider the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3). Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from January 19, 2016 to January 31, 2016.
