Ramco Systems has informed that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 07, 2016 has approved an allotment of 25,619 equity shares of Rs 10 each, being the exercise of 3,987 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 1,440 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009-Plan A (ESOS 2009-Plan A), 10,317 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009-Plan B (ESOS 2009-Plan B) and 9,875 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013. Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 29,880,440 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 29,906,059 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
