AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 277,980 equity shares of Rs 2 each on January 11, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 4,757,899,620 (2,378,949,810 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 4,758,455,580 (2,379,227,790 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
