The oil and oil-equivalent gas output of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) overseas investment arm ONGC Videsh (OVL) rose an annual 6.3% in FY11. OVL's output in the last fiscal that ended in March, rose to 9.433 million tonne or 188,660 barrel per day (bpd), from 8.87 million tonne or 177,400 bpd a year ago.ONGC has interest in 32 oil and gas projects in 13 companies, of which nine are under production.

The producing assets are Sakhalin-I and Imperial in Russia, Al-Furat Project in Syria, Block 06.1 in Vietnam, Mansarovar Energy Project in Colombia, Greater Nile Oil Project and Block 5A in Sudan, San Cristobal Project in Venezuela and BC-10 block in Brazil.crackcrack
