Date: 13-01-2016UltraTech Cement is reportedly planning to acquire controlling stake in ARM Cement of Kenya. ARM announced on December 23 that it is in talks with an unidentified institutional investor about a $125 million investment.
Earlier, UltraTech Cement, Dalmia Bharat backed by private equity investor KKR and Shree Cement were among prospects approached to take over the Jaypee Group’s cement business.
