Siyaram Silk Mills has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 23, 2016, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading frame under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company, shall remain closed for dealings in the shares of the Company from January 15, 2016 to January 25, 2016.
