WABCO India informs about closure of trading window

WABCO India has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company is being convened on January 29, 2016, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter / period ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Fair Disclosure of Trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from December 20, 2015 and will remain closed up to January 31, 2016.
