TV18 Broadcast reports 30% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

TV18 Broadcast has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2015.

The company has registered a rise of 35.77% in its net profit at Rs 45.51 crore in Q3FY15 as compared to Rs 33.52 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 17.56% to Rs 177.39 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 150.89 crore in the same quarter last year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 29.66% rise in its net profit after tax, minority interest and share of profit of associates at Rs 78.29 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 60.38 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 15.23% at Rs 704.30 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 611.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
