Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015, after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee and the declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16 (Q3). Further, for the aforesaid purposes the Trading Window of the Company is remain closed from January 18, 2016 to January 29, 2016 and will open on January 30, 2016.
