Uniphos Enterprises board to consider unaudited financial results

Uniphos Enterprises has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 29, 2016 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. In view of the above and in pursuance of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from January 20, 2016 and will end on January 31, 2016 for Insiders covered therein.
