Adani Transmission board to consider unaudited financial results

Adani Transmission has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2016 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from January 20, 2016 to February 04, 2016.
