Vascon Engineers acquires remaining 35% stake in Greystone Premises

Vascon Engineers has acquired the remaining 35% stake i.e 3,500 shares of Greystone Premises, from Pristine Buildcon. After this acquisition Greystone has become a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Vascon Engineers has significant experience in providing EPC services, which include, constructing factories, hospitals, hospitality properties, office and residential complexes, shopping malls, multiplexes, IT parks and other buildings.
