Menon Bearings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2016, has appointed M. L. Shinde as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company for a period of five years with effect from January 29, 2016 up to January 28, 2021, subject to approval of members in the Annual General meeting of the Company.
