FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per January 20 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net sellers in equity and in debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.                    

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2688.35 crore against gross sell of 3449.78 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 761.43 crore in equities.              

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 605.79 crore with gross sales of Rs 801.84 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 196.05 crore in debt.
