Nucleus Software Exports has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 20, 2016 as a part of the Company’s strategic growth initiatives, agreed for a proposal to acquire a mobile technology solutions Company, subject to the terms and conditions. This transaction has been approved up to the investment limit of Rs 5 crore. The complete terms and conditions shall be disseminated on completion of the acquisition.
