Menon Pistons informs about closure of trading window

Menon Pistons has informed that the terms of Code of Conduct adopted by the Company and the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window will remain be closed from January 27, 2016 to February 06, 2016. This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on February 04, 2016 for the adoption of Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015. The Trading window will open thereafter.
