Saksoft informs about closure of trading window

Saksoft has informed that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on February 01, 2016, to approve the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 22, 2016 to February 03, 2016 for the purpose of this Board meeting. The Trading window will be opened from February 04, 2016.
