Siti Cable Network informs about outcome of board meeting
Date: 22-01-2016Siti Cable Network has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2016, has approved the formation of a new company in joint venture with Dish TV India Limited, wherein the Company will subscribe memorandum of such new company for 4800 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 48,000.
