Omkar Overseas has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, to consider the Unaudited Quarterly results for the Quarter ended as on December 31, 2015. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from February 05, 2016 to February 15, 2016.
