Tasty Bite Eatables has informed that the Registered Office of the Company is changed from ‘204, Mayfair Towers, Wakdevvadi, Shivajinagar, Pune- 411 005’to ‘201-202, Mayfair Towers, Wakdewadi, Shivajinagar, Pune- 411 005’ with effect from January 22, 2016. Further the Company has informed that the change in registered office is within the local jurisdiction. The Board approved the change vide Circular Resolution dated January 21, 2016.
