Date: 25-01-2016HDFC Bank has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2015.
The bank has registered a rise of 20.12% in its net profit at Rs 3356.84 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2794.51 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank has increased 22.45% at Rs 18283.31 crore for Q3FY16 as compared Rs 14930.74 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
Gross non-performing assets (NPAs) improved to 0.97% in the October- December quarter as against 0.99% in the same quarter previous year, while net NPAs stood at 0.29%.
