Subex informs about cancellation of employee stock options
Date: 25-01-2016Subex has informed that the ESOPs Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has cancelled 691,883 ESOPs for the quarter of October-December 2015 on January 22, 2016 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company- ESOP 2005, ESOP 2008 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.
