Subex informs about cancellation of employee stock options

Subex has informed that the ESOPs Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has cancelled 691,883 ESOPs for the quarter of October-December 2015 on January 22, 2016 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company- ESOP 2005, ESOP 2008 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.
