Goodyear India informs about closure of trading window

Goodyear India has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 05, 2016 to review and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from January 27, 2016 to February 07, 2016.
