Borosil Glass Works informs about closure of trading window

Borosil Glass Works has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 06, 2016, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from January 29, 2016 to February 08, 2016. The trading window shall open on February 09, 2016.
