Date: 27-01-2016With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 21, 2015 regarding ‘Acquisition of seven brands from Johnson & Johnson’; Strides Shasun has now informed that the Company has on January 27, 2016 received order under the Competition Act, 2002 from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) approving the proposed transaction. With this approval, all necessary regulatory approvals have been obtained.
