Lux Industries informs about closure of trading window

Lux Industries has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended on December 31, 2015. Further, the Trading Window, in terms of the Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from February 04, 2016 to February 14, 2016.
