Welspun Enterprises has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 05, 2016, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine-months ended on December 31, 2015. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from January 29, 2016 to February 07, 2016.
