Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 04, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per ‘Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for the Designated Persons has been closed from December 25, 2015 to February 06, 2016.
