Scan Projects informs about closure of trading window

Scan Projects has informed that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, to receive, consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 15, 2016.
