Wheels India board to consider interim dividend

Wheels India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held February 11, 2016, to consider the Un-audited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2015, to consider and approve Interim Dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2016 and fix record date for the purpose. Further, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares will be closed for Directors, Designated employees of the Company from January 28, 2016 to February 12, 2016 for considering unaudited financial results for quarter /nine month ended December 31, 2015.
