Weizmann informs about closure of trading window

Weizmann has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2015 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further, in view of the above the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from January 28, 2016 to February 11, 2016.
